The Artichoke Cafe, a brand-new addition to Butterworth’s buzzing cafe scene, differs from your typical cafe next door. However, it does offer something dependable and enduring. The restaurant offers a unique selection of brunch items and some carefully chosen main dishes and desserts. We questioned why the cafe was named Artichoke because the food had nothing to do with the spiky green. We were told that the initial intention was to include Artichokes in their menu but that one of the challenges was finding the vegetable. One of the few locations in Butterworth where you can go for regular meals is this one, which has a modest, unadorned décor and reasonable prices.
