Popular pork based broth dish called “Bak Kut Teh” is widely available in Malaysia. At Penang, Perak Road, you will likely be getting your Bak Kut Teh in a clay pot and with the usual ingredients:

Pork ribs come first. Pork ribs, the main component of Bak Kut Teh, are cooked until they are soft and easily slide off the bone.
