The first-floor Indigo restaurant, which draws inspiration from Cheong Fatt Tze personally, offers a fusion of East and West in both the decor and the food. The decor, which acts as a reflection of Chef Jack’s always expanding menu, was created to enhance and compliment the fine dining Penang food that is served there.
