The soup has a good amount of tanginess and the noodles are enjoyable, even though it doesn’t have as strong of a flavour as those found on Penang Island. The addition of fish parts, onions, and cucumber slices improves the dish even more. The delightful crackers, which are both crispy and delicious, must be the meal’s high point.
