The founder of the Fried Koay Kak is Tony. There are numerous ingredients in Tony’s Fried Koay Kak, with the exception of lard, lard residue, black soy sauce, sliced radish, and chili. His stall is located opposite the 888 Hokkien Mee on Lebuh Presgrave. He operates his stall at Macallum Night Market on Mondays.
Additionally, there are seafood options like prawns, fish balls, and squid that are full of flavor and good for pairing! It is reported that he painstakingly prepared a large number of ingredients and kept stirring for hours to make the Koay Kak fried fragrant and delectable, one of which is the proprietary secret black soy sauce that makes the dish so tasty!
