For the past 60 years, Nasi Kandar Sulaiman has been serving aromatic chicken and silken curries in a Chinese shophouse tucked away along Jalan Air Itam. The fourth generation of mamak vendors is now in charge of it, and they use a refined Nasi Kandar recipe that is as “Penang” as it gets.

This restaurant is known for its curry fish and ayam masak kicap, and it’s advisable to request that the curries be campur (mixed) so that you can enjoy a lovely sprinkle of flavor throughout your meal.
