The 18-seat Restaurant au Jardin (oh-JAAH-DHUN) (/a.d/) is a classy establishment with a focus on fresh, in-season cuisine. Chef Kim Hock, who created our artisanal menu, was passionate about using the finest ingredients to create meals that are both traditional and innovative in the kitchen.
