A restaurant that has endured the test of time is Soon Lai Seafood; it has been open for at least a decade. Every weekend, there is a consistent influx of customers at the Chinese Chu Char restaurant; by 7 o’clock, all the tables are taken. If you arrive early, you can reserve a seat in the air-conditioned area. At Soon Lai, you may get some of the most reasonably priced traditional Chinese stir-fried seafood meals. The customers appear to know what to eat as soon as they enter the establishment; if not, ask the knowledgeable waitress for recommendations on some of the restaurant’s hallmark dishes. This is one of the decent spots for a homey supper appropriate for family gatherings, even though we didn’t think the cuisine was delicious.
