SUPE is a Japanese vegan restaurant specializing in vegetarian fare and uses only natural, non-vegetarian ingredients whenever feasible. They do not include any additives in their dishes. However, because certain people are vegetarians due to their religious beliefs, there are no eggs, milk, onions, garlic, or other ingredients, because the restaurant considers those people.
The noodles that are utilized in this dish are imported eggless Japanese ramen. These noodles have a texture similar to that of chewy. The ramen soup base is made with 6 kinds of flavors, and there are 6 different spicy levels to choose from, so if you choose to dine in, you can start with the mildest spicy level. To preserve the flavor of the ramen when it is taken out or delivered, the restaurant sends the uncooked noodles directly to the customers. The customers are responsible for cooking and adding the noodles to the soup.
The restaurant combines grains of five different colors to create a visually appealing and flavorful dish, similar to the poke bowl that has gained popularity in recent years. The brown rice, marinated tofu, broccoli, purple cabbage, and pickled white radish are topped with a homemade black pepper sauce. Brown rice, tofu, broccoli, purple cabbage, and pickled white radish are included. The ingredients are fished together to give each bite the appropriate balance of spicy sauce, fresh vegetables, tender tofu, and sweet white radish.
